Reservations are $199++ per person for Houstonian Club members and wine locker holders, and $209++ for non-members, plus tax and gratuity.
Honoring those who protect Texas wildlife, natural resources, and our outdoor heritage, this special evening celebrates the sporting traditions, conservation efforts, and camaraderie that bring outdoor enthusiasts together. Guests will enjoy a reception featuring hunting, fishing, shooting, and destination partners, followed by a multi-course dinner prepared by Houstonian Executive Chef Gonzalo Campos, complemented by wine and beer. Guests are welcome to bring their own cigars to enjoy throughout the evening. The night concludes around the fire pit, where great stories, new friendships, and memorable outdoor-inspired experiences await.
