Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the 4:00 p.m. CST check-in time on the day of arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a one-night penalty, inclusive of taxes.

Room rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, per room, per night, based on double occupancy, and are subject to availability.
Rates are subject to a 17% occupancy tax, along with a nightly Texas State Cost Recovery Fee totaling $2.95.

There is no daily resort fee or service charge. Hotel guests have all access and privileges as Houstonian Club members included in your stay.

Are there restaurants on-site?
Yes. The hotel offers three on-site dining options: TRIBUTE, featuring modern "Tex-Lex" cuisine; Refuel at the Club; and the Arbor Grill, a seasonal poolside restaurant. Guests may also enjoy the classic lobby bar, ideal for post-meeting gatherings, as well as a Coffee Bar located in the Great Room lobby.

Photography Policy
To protect guest privacy, unauthorized photography and videography are not permitted on property. Professional photography sessions may be arranged with a location fee and must be scheduled at least seven days in advance.

Pets
Pets are not permitted. Service animals trained to perform disability-related tasks are welcome in accordance with the ADA. Emotional support animals are not permitted.

Rollaway beds are available in select room types. Complimentary cribs are also available and should be requested prior to arrival to ensure availability.
Smoke-Free Environment
The Houstonian is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted in guestrooms or indoor public spaces. Violations may result in a maximum cleaning fee and possible removal from the property.

Guests may be charged for any damage to guestrooms or fixtures requiring repair or replacement.
Charity Donations
The Houstonian focuses its charitable giving on a limited number of organizations supporting underserved children, families, and first responders in the Houston area. Due to the volume of requests, monetary and in-kind donations are generally not provided for school fundraisers.

Guest Privileges at the Club
Only registered hotel guests may use the Houstonian Club facilities, such as the Resort Pools, Racquet Sports areas, Fitness Floor, and dining outlets. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate family, friends, or other non-registered guests at the Houstonian Club or pools.
