The following Terns & Conditions apply to gift cards and e-cards issued by The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa.
Issuance
The gift card or e-card ("card") is issued by The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa and can be purchased in denominations between $5.00 and $1,000.00 USD. Gift cards are not available for the price of a product or service.
Redemption
Houstonian gift cards may be redeemed at The Houstonian Hotel, Trellis Spa, TRIBUTE, The Bar & Patio, and Sage ‘n’ Bloom. Houstonian Club Members and registered Hotel Guests may redeem cards at The Houstonian Club, The Shop, The Kitchen, Arbor Grill, and Refuel. The card is not redeemable for cash.
Card Balance
The balance on the card is not transferable. Any remaining balance after purchase will be available for future use until the card balance is zero. Customers may check their card balance at Houstonian Gift Card Balance.
Expiration & Fees
The card does not expire, and there are no fees for inactivity or maintenance.
Fraudulent Payments
If a payment is found to be made fraudulently or without proper authorization, the associated card may be subject to cancellation, and the account holder will be held responsible for any resulting charges or fees. Additionally, we reserve the right to take legal action if fraudulent activity is detected.
Lost or Stolen Cards
Please treat the card like cash. The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
Purchase Limitations
The card may not be used to purchase other gift cards, and no discounts or promotional offers can be applied to the purchase of a gift card. Cards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any contracted banquet or private dining event.
Houstonian Club Members
Members First discounts will not be applied to the purchase of gift cards. Should a Club Member wish to redeem a gift card, the applicable Members First discount will be applied at check out. Cards may not be used to pay membership dues.
Non-Refundable
All sales of gift cards are final. Cards cannot be returned or refunded after purchase.
Fraud & Abuse
The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa reserves the right to refuse, deactivate, or cancel a card if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Legal Compliance
By purchasing or using the card, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Changes to Terms
The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA.
