Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
No, the gift card has no cash value and, except where required by law, it is not redeemable for cash.
Are gift cards refundable?
No, all gift card purchases are non-refundable.
Can I use a gift card for a contracted banquet or private dining event?
No, gift cards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any contracted banquet or private dining event.
Can I resell my gift card?
No, the resale of gift cards is strictly prohibited
What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
Please treat your gift card like cash. We cannot be held liable for the loss or theft of any gift cards.
Who is responsible if my gift card is lost during delivery?
We are not responsible for lost gift cards due to incorrect addresses or other occurrences outside of our control. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon order.
Can I exchange an e-card for a physical gift card?
E-cards may not be exchanged for physical gift cards because there is no way in the gift card system to make the card numbers the same.
Do gift cards and online e-cards expire?
Gift cards and e-cards do not expire.
Can a cashier check the balance of a gift card or e-card?
Cashiers can check gift card balances but not e-card balances. To check the balance of a gift card or e-card, the card holder should use the check card balance link. We recommend saving this link as a favorite on your web browser.
What shipping method is used for physical gift card purchases?
Due to the cash-like nature of gift cards we use FedEx with tracking. Tracked FedEx shipping is $20 for up to two cards and gift packaging is included for up to two cards. Please call 713.680.2626 or email concierge@houstonian.com to order gift cards with FedEx shipping.

If I am a Houstonian Club Member, can I use my Members First discount for gift cards?
Members First discounts will not be applied to the purchase of gift cards. Should a Club Member wish to redeem a gift card, the applicable Members First discount will be applied at check out.
Are there exclusions to gift card and e-card use?
Gift cards and e-cards may not be used to pay Houstonian Club dues or at The Covery.
