Each selection is paired with Post Oak wood grilled Bandera quail, Gulf oysters, and ribeye steaks, with optional after dinner cigars for a rich, immersive experience your guests will not soon forget.

Thoughtfully curated wine journeys and customizable receptions, including our Tasting Under the Tree experience, are designed to delight and engage your group. These experiences can stand alone as an evening activity or enhance a single course during dinner. In our Taste Like a Sommelier experience, guests explore a selection of wines paired with a tasting notes card, as our sommelier guides them through a lively and interactive approach to identifying flavors from bold and expressive to warm and toasty, all with a playful spirit.
