Blind Navigation
Arguably our most popular event and the best-kept secret in team-building. Based on the orienteering fundamentals of land navigation with a map and compass, teams will compete against each other to plot and locate points. Blind Navigation encompasses all the classical elements that make up a team - delegating roles, dealing with diversity, overcoming adversity, and putting aside egos and preconceived perceptions - as strategies needed to be successful and synergistic are developed.
Build a Boat
At the end of the Blind Navigation or as a stand-alone experience, teams will use various materials provided to design and build their boats. Each step will involve a time limit. Once boats are built, teams take them to the pool and test them. It’s time to sink or float. Someone will need to be prepared to get wet!
Mini Olympics
Create some friendly competition while engaging all team members in this Olympic-inspired event. Teams will design and create a team motto, flag, and mascot. They will then compete in events, earn scores and work towards the final medal ceremony and the crowning of Olympic champions!
