RSU

Revolution Shape Up (RSU) is the perfect program to get you to the ideal fitness level.  RSU includes a comprehensive weight management program incorporating nutrition, cardiovascular exercise and resistance training, lifestyle modification, and works with all fitness levels.  

The program began in 2002 with co-founders, Ronnie and Leslie Klaus, both NSCA certified personal trainers. From 10 people in one class the first year to as many as 120 people in five classes over the years, the program has grown tremendously.  Classes are offered four times each year:  a 12-week class in January, an eight-week class in the spring, a six-week class in the summer, and an eight-week class in the fall.  

There are two classes offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 10 to 11 a.m. and 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.  Two classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays: 10 to 11:30 a.m. and 5:30 to 7 p.m.

You must choose a class time and days that correspond to that time.  All options equal 3 hours a week.  You are only allowed to attend during your class time unless you are a yearlong participant* (*Members only-information upon request).
