Lite Bites

LITE BITES GOT EVEN "LITE-R!”

It seems as if we never have time to sit down and eat a healthy meal; we’re off to our tennis lesson, picking the kids up after school, or running umpteen errands.  The worst thing we can do is drive through the closest fast-food place.  Instead, Center Court offers several options that will make it easier for you to slow down and get in a delicious meal – to go!  Enjoy it in Center Court, while you’re relaxed by the pool or on the sidelines of your child’s ballgame, or take it home for lunch or dinner.  The Lite Bite options are lower in fat and caloric count, and come in small and large portions. 

The small Lite Bite options include Blackened Salmon, Turkey Bolognaise, Tilapia with Barley, Grilled Tuna, Grilled Chicken Breast, Rainbow Trout and Tilapia with Quinoa.  They range from 219 to 397 calories, and are $6 to $8.25 each.   

The large Lite Bite options include Blackened Atlantic Salmon, Turkey Bolognaise, Grilled Beef Tenderloin Kabobs, Char Grilled Fresh Tilapia, Grilled Ahi Tuna, Grilled Chicken Breast, Rainbow Trout and Pan Seared Tilapia.  They range from 219 to 581 calories, and are $7 to $8.25 each.
