Mike is a sports performance coach who works with athletes, teams, and coaches across all sports and levels including MLB, NBA, and NFL players, elite high school athletes, and Division 1 college players to help them develop focus, mental toughness, confidence, and improved mental recovery time as well as guiding them through career development and transitions. Mike typically works with athletes in the following areas:
- Developing the High Performance Mindset
- Using sports psychology techniques to help athletes perform on “game day”
- Developing mental toughness to complement athletic talent and skill
- Defining and achieving dreams and goals
- Using a proven sports performance methodology to help athletes “perform in the moment”
- Practicing visualization and other sports psychology techniques
- Replacing a mindset of fear, uncertainty, and doubt with trust and belief
