We recommend that guests arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment times. This will allow you time to enjoy our Signature Baths and become acquainted with the facilities. Unfortunately, late arrivals will result in a shortened service time.

Yes. A $75 Facility Fee for the day will be charged for use of the spa without an appointment.
You will be provided a robe and slippers to wear during your spa experience. Disposable undergarments are available to you if you feel more comfortable when having a body treatment.
Although lockers with security lock boxes are offered, we suggest that you leave your valuables (i.e. jewelry) at home. Trellis will not be responsible for lost or stolen personal items or valuables.
A pre-treatment consultation at the time of your reservation will address any concerns regarding your comfort. If you are uncomfortable in any way, please bring it to your service provider's attention.
For face or body treatments, we ask that you wait in the upstairs relaxation area. Guests scheduled for hair and nail appointments are asked to lounge by our Indoor Float Pool.
Guests are welcome to relax before or after their treatments in our Tranquility or Relaxation rooms, and enjoy the Trellis Baths area or our Indoor Float Pool.
Guests must be 14 years of age and older to receive a spa treatment. Guests 14-17 years of age must have a parent or guardian in the spa during the treatment time. These services will be booked with the same gender provider unless requested differently by the parent or guardian.
As a courtesy to other spa guests, children are not permitted in spa treatment areas or left unattended in the lobby.
Gratuities are accepted for exceptional service. Typical gratuities for spa services begin at 15 percent and may be higher based upon satisfaction level.
Lunch, dinner and dessert menus are available upon request. Complimentary juices, herbal teas and flavored waters are available daily in the spa.
We ask that merchandise be returned within 30 days with your receipt.
Trellis Gift Certificates may be purchased in any dollar amount and used towards any of our spa treatments or spa packages. Trellis Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date and are non-refundable. The Trellis Retail Gallery also features Trellis robes and various homecare products that compliment any Trellis gift certificate.
As a courtesy to other spa guests, we restrict the use of cell phones and pagers inside the spa. Smoking is not permitted, as the The Houstonian Campus is a smoke-free campus.
If you are pregnant, please let your guest services coordinator know. This will guarantee that you receive the proper treatments to best suit your needs. Please note, that a doctor's note of release is required for all prenatal massages within 24 hours of your appointment.
If you currently are using these drugs, please advise your guest services coordinator and service provider. Some treatments, such as waxing, are not recommended for those using these products.
