Fitness Program Manager - Full Time
The purpose of the Fitness Program Manager is to assist the Fitness Director and Fitness Manager in supervising the operations and scheduling of the Fitness Department, including the Voyagers Program, Nutrition, Personal Training Program and Fitness Service Agents.  The focus will be to manage, implement and direct all events, socials, and programming for the Voyager program.  This manager will interact with staff and members while assisting the Fitness Director and Fitness Manager with developing, motivating, leading, managing, implementing, promoting and evaluating fitness and athletic programs and activities to enhance service in the most creative and cost efficient manner.  The Fitness Program Manager will be responsible for assignments deemed necessary by the Fitness Director.

Swim Instructor - Seasonal
This employee must available for swim instruction all year, hours must be flexible.  Will be required to work at departmental events and on Spring and Summer holiday.  QUALIFICATIONS::  Current Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification or extensive competitive swimming experience (NCAA College experience), FA, CPR and AED.  Must have the confidence and experience to teach all ages from infants to early teens.  Competitive swimming background is a plus.  Lifeguard certification not required but is preferred.  Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, be self-motivated and very organized

Arbor Grill Bartender - Full Time and Seasonal
The Arbor Grill Bartender assists guests with customer service and fulfilling food beverage orders with a high level of attentiveness and accuracy. This employee must have a keen attention to detail, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient technology skills on the POS system. Minimum one year previous bar tending experience is required. Bartenders must be at least 18 years of age with current T.A.B.C. certification. The Bartender must be physically able to: walk, stand and bend for long periods of time; able to serve using a cocktail tray; able to push, pull and lift 30 lbs. or more and able to see and read a computer screen and printed matter with or without vision aids.

Tennis Receptionist - Full Time and Part Time
The Club's Tennis Receptionist is an employee whose duties are to control the flow of the tennis office by greeting all members, prospects, and employees. In addition to answering the phone lines for booking tennis reservations for courts, lessons, clinics and mixers. The Tennis Receptionist is responsible for the administrative support and day-to-day operations. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding customer service skills, excellent organization skills and be able to effectively handle multiple tasks at once. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Excel is required. Physical requirements of this position include having the ability to: sit for extended periods of time, stand, climb, walk, use a computer and printer matter with or without vision aids, enter data into computer, operate standard office equipment, stoop, reach overhead, grasp, push, pull, move, write, or lift up to 30 lbs. on occasional basis.  Must be able to handle being outside in hot and cold weather to roll dry tennis courts after a rain.

Kitchen Mechanic, Tech I - Full Time
The Kitchen Mechanic must have a minimum of 5 years experience in refrigeration walk-in /reach-in freezers and refrigerators, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical devices. Must have EPA certification. The Kitchen Mechanic will Diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel, club and spa kitchen and dish washing equipment and respond to calls and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all aspects of the Engineering Department Standards and Policies.

Sports Shop Sales Associate - Part Time
Sports Shop Sales Associates ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes consistent greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge about retail merchandise, protecting company assets and providing all other aspects of customer service.  Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred as well as retail knowledge and math skills.

Member Services Supervisor-on-Duty - Part Time
The Member Services Supervisor-on-Duty (S.O.D.) handles the day-to-day operations, heavy customer service, conflict resolution and accurate reporting. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 - 4 years of high volume customer service experience, supervisory and/or management experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills. Multi-lingual skills are a plus. Must be physically able to stand and walk for long periods of time and to pick up or push up to 25 pounds. Member Services Supervisor-on-Duty must be available at least one day during the weekend. Position requires CPR, First Aid and AED certifications but can be obtained within 3 months of employment.

Club Locker Room Attendant (Male) - Full Time
The Locker Room Attendant keeps the locker room clean and supplied with all the necessary amenities. Greet and assist members during their visit to the locker room, report any defects and watch for any unusual activity inside the locker room. The ideal candidate speaks English language fluently, has a positive and friendly attitude and possesses an eye for detail and cleanliness. Customer service and housekeeping experience are preferred. This position requires the ability to move, lift, and/or pull supply boxes and other items located inside the locker room weighing up to 50 lbs.

Hotel Guest Service Agent - Full Time and Part Time

The Guest Service Agent accommodates guests by registering and assigning rooms, issuing room keys, transmitting and receiving messages, maintaining records of occupied rooms and guest accounts, making and confirming reservations, collecting payments from departing guests, and effectively operating  the hotel communication systems. Must have excellent communications skills, computer proficiency and typing skills. Luxury hotel experience is preferred. The Guest Service Agent must be physically able to: lift up to 60 lbs and push or pull various sizes of luggage, packages, coolers, boxes, etc;  bend to lift luggage, packages, coolers and/or boxes that weigh up to 60 lbs; Walk, stand, climb stairs lift and pull frequently throughout shift.

Hostess/Host - Full Time
The Hostess/Host position maintains an efficient and courteous restaurant operation by greeting and seating, establishing rapport and assisting with restaurant service.  Must have the ability to remember, recite and promote the food items. Must be able to effectively solve customer complaints and concerns in a positive manner. Must have general knowledge of basic computer service skills, restaurant and food service principles. Previous experience of 3 months in a position with customer service exposure is preferred. Must be able to bend, squat, lift and push up to 20 lbs. on a consistent basis.

Spa Guest Services Coordinator - Full Time and Part Time
This position requires customer service experience, prior hotel, spa or salon reservations experience is preferred. Computer experience with word and excel.  The Guest Service Coordinator has the ability to learn Spa Software program, to speak fluent English, and must possess strong communication skills. This employee should must display a pleasant, professional, and outgoing personality and professional appearance. Must be flexible in work schedule and able to work weekends.

Swimming Pool Tech II Overnight - Full Time
The Swimming Pool Tech II position requires frequent standing, walking, climbing of ladders and stairs, kneeling, crawling on hands and knees, reaching overhead, lifting and carrying various objects weighing up to 70 lbs.  Must be able to work safely and effectively while elevated on ladders, scaffolds or work platforms. Must be able to work safely and effectively in outdoor temperatures. Temperatures in mechanical rooms and some other work spaces may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Summer temperatures outside can get above 95 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 months of year. For 2 months of year, low temperatures can get below 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Occasional driving is required. Must possess a valid Texas Drivers License and maintain a good driving record in compliance with company policy. Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle equipped with a lift gate and/or a standard transmission.
