This position will begin work the last week of March. Assistant Swim Coaches will work Monday through Friday from 4:15PM– 6:00PM. In June the schedule changes to Mondays through Wednesday from 2:30 PM-6:00 PM and Tuesday through Thursday for swim meets 3:30 PM -7:30 PM. No breaks or vacations can be granted during this time except for academics. This season ends at the end of June. Days off on Saturday and Sunday except for championships on one Saturday. Must have strong background in competitive swimming and leadership skills. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be very organized. Current CPR, first aid and AED certifications are required. Minimum age requirement is 16 years old.

The Gazebo Bartenders assist members and guests with drink order. They should be able to accurately take and ring up orders, and provide excellent guest service. The Gazebo Bartender position requires that you be 18 years of age and with current T.A.B.C. certification. A minimum of one year previous bartending experience is required as well as the ability to serve drinks with cocktail tray. Candidates for this position must be physically able to walk, stand and bend for long periods of time in an outdoor environment. Must be able to push, pull and lift 30 lbs. or more.

Gazebo Servers assist members and guests by serving food and beverage in an outdoor environment, both under the gazebo and poolside. They are responsible for taking accurate orders, and prompt, friendly service. Gazebo Servers are responsible for recognizing proper identification for alcoholic beverages, ringing up orders in the POS system, menu knowledge, stocking stations with all necessary supplies and opening and closing duties. Gazebo Servers must be 18 years of age with some food and beverage experience; experience as a bartender is a plus. Candidates for this position will be available to work weekends and holidays throughout the Gazebo Season. Gazebo Servers must be able to lift 30+ pounds and have the talent to multi-task. |

Camp Counselors provide fun & safe environment for the members children during their time in camp. Each Camp Counselor must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as well-developed observation and reporting skills. The ideal candidate will be observant, attentive and motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Counselors must ability to effectively supervise children and all areas accessible to children and the ability to respond to parents in a sensitive, supportive and professional manner. Must be physically able to push, pull and lift over 30 pounds on a consistent basis and able to stand for long periods at a time. Position Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years of age • CPR Adult & Child/First Aid before the first day of camp (provided on campus) • Sexual Harassment Online Course completed before the first day of camp (provided on campus) • Seasonal New Hire Training (provided on campus) • Have at least one year of previous experience in camp/recreation/child care or have one year previous experience in college working toward a degree in education.

A Pool Attendant is required to greet and assist members and keep the pool areas clean and organized. They support Pool Area teams in any way necessary. They will also assist coworkers with set up before and after classes. A Pool Attendant works Aquatics events, summer related holidays and must attendant In-Service trainings and Aquatics, Club and Company meetings. Qualifications: CPR and First Aid Certification (Must obtain certifications within 3 weeks of hire), Speaks English fluently, prior customer service experience preferred. This position requires extended hours in an outdoor environment. Employees are responsible to take appropriate safety precautions to protect themselves from the elements. This position requires the moving of pool furniture, hauling equipment used for classes, and lifting boxes or other items located inside the pool areas weighting up to 50 lb. Other related tasks might be performed as necessary to accomplish operational goals. Must be at least 16 years of age. |

JOB SUMMARY: A Water Fitness Instructor teaches Water Fitness in a group setting. Instructors must deliver all aspects of a service including, but not limited to set up prior to services and tear down following services, tidying their pool area following services and reporting any potential problems or hazards. They will also assist at department events and attend Aquatics, Club and Company meetings. QUALIFICATIONS: • Aquatics Exercise Association Certification and other appropriate certifications depending on the scope of their services. • Current CPR and First Aid Certifications • A minimum of two years experience teaching • Speaks English language fluently • Positive and friendly attitude • Proven abilities and customer service experience

Responsibilities of the Assistant Outlets Manager include, but are not limited to, organizing and conducting pre-shift and departmental meetings, scheduling and directing staff in their work assignments, creating forecast and revenue reports, maintaining profitability of the outlets to support overall hotel operation, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Outlets Manager is responsible for Olivette Restaurant, In-Room Dining, Bar, Gazebo, Ala carte and Center Court cafe. The position requires Minimum 3 years restaurant experience, minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience, working knowledge of Micros, Microsoft applications and Ultipro.

Responsible for production and quality control of all morning pastries and breads for all outlets of the hotel. Must have previous bread experience and be able to work the overnight shift. This position requires a person who is passionate about baking, good at listening and communicating, organized and flexible. Must be able to stand and bend for long periods of time, the hours of work varies upon business, must be able to push, pull and lift 30 lbs. on a regular basis. |

The Tech II will diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel, club and spa equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to calls and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all aspects of the Engineering Department Standards and Policies. Must have at least 2 to 4 years of field experience maintaining one or more of the following types of equipment: HVAC, Electrical/Mechanical, Plumbing, Commercial Kitchen, Commercial Laundry, Refrigeration, Carpentry, Tile, Cabinetry, or Paint.

The Member Services Agents provide customer service to the members and their guests at the entrances and exits of the club in a friendly and respectful manner. The MSA’s will inform the members about basic knowledge of the club that they will attain through training and continuing education. Must understand and communicate fluently in English. |

This position requires two years’ experience and a current Texas license. Estheticians must have the ability to perform 50 minute facial treatments and waxing services to include Brazilian waxing. Previous customer service experience required.
