Welcome to the Houstonian Fit Athletic Brides (FAB) Club! We understand how important this day is to you and have developed a program specifically geared for brides! Each program will be based on your individual wedding date timeline to ensure success by your special day. Our primary focus in the FAB Club includes 1) a combination of resistance/cardiovascular training to maximize caloric expenditure for weight loss; 2) upper body specific training to show off your arms in your dress; 3) nutrition guidance and meal planning; and 4) stress relief through yoga and massage.
